Welcome to Day 12 of our 30 day celebration of the 5th Anniversary of
Giving Thanks: The Art of Tithing, by Paula Langguth Ryan – where we’re answering 30 questions about tithing!
Greetings in Jesus’ name. I have read your page with interest. I am a believer. I get fed online and through books by an annointed man of God in my former church in Africa. Now I live in Denmark, and attend a church where I am a member. I do not find so much food in this church where I am, and continue to feed from my former church. I have begun to divide my tithe between my former church and my current church and feel that that is God’s leading in Christ for me now. How is that for tithing? – Grace S., Denmark
Always tithe to where you are spiritually fed. If your current church is spiritually feeding you, even though less than the other, then, yes, divide your tithe between the two as you are guided. The giving is what is important… and ask yourself.. perhaps God has brought you to this new place in order to share spiritual food with the people there, rather than to be fed yourself….Giving Thanks: The Art of Tithing can answer many more questions you might have about this topic!
Peace and prosperity,
Paula Langguth Ryan

When making donations of appreciated stocks, property, and other large items, please list the recipient as The Village Gathering. Many thanks and richest blessings, as my colleague Rev. Catherine Ponder would say!
